24 to 48 hours before pickup
Refund: 75% refundFee: 25% cancellation fee
12 to 24 hours before pickup
Refund: 50% refundFee: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 12 hours before pickup
Refund: No refundFee: 100% cancellation fee
No-show
Refund: No refundFee: 100% of rental fee
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, contact our support team with your booking reference number. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours.
Modifications
Need to change your dates or vehicle? Contact us at least 24 hours before pickup and we'll do our best to accommodate your changes at no extra cost.
Early Return
If you return your vehicle early, the unused portion of your rental will be refunded at 50% of the daily rate.
Force Majeure
In case of extraordinary circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government restrictions), full refunds will be issued.
