1. Acceptance of Terms
By using L&M CAR services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Requirements
Renters must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and present a valid ID or passport at pickup.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon payment. We accept cash (MAD) at pickup. Prices are quoted in MAD and may vary based on season and availability.
Accounts & Google Sign-In
You may create an account using Google Sign-In to manage reservations and loyalty points. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
4. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with local traffic laws. Smoking and off-road driving are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
5. Insurance and Coverage
Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage options are available at the time of booking. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee will be charged if the tank is not full upon return.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. Liability
L&M CAR is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tangier.
